There are many natural ways to stop smoking and there is simply no need to use drugs, pills or patches. Discover the natural methods in this article.

The force of will alone The reason I mention this is because it is cheap and free. But it is also highly uncertain. I strongly recommend you use some form of aid to what is sincere, an attachment difficult. This gives you a higher chance of success.

Hypnosis Although this method is expensive, relatively speaking, also is said to be highly – successful. Before you object that this is not a natural method, consider that hypnosis is simply a method of suggestion. The suggestions for each day are made to us in the market and even in discussions of television with friends. The hypnosis is merely a form of suggestion that is focused heavily – effective. The first of these methods grass is trying to weed cigarettes. Until we were able to contain nicotine, often have high Nies of tar and other irritants. I don ‘t recommend you follow this particular route.

The other method is to try various herbal tinctures and homeopathy remedies. If you want to go this route then I recommend you find a good herbal shop or a qualified Homeopath. The Chinese medicine is said also be good.

Stop smoking the laser that includes this because, although the laser is a modern invention of man, the process is completely non invasive and does not involve taking any drugs.During a session, a technical pass a “cold” laser on the various parts of the body, usually including the ears. Takes a total of around 20 minutes and the effects are assumed to be very similar to having the hypnosis – its analysis are reduced and their willpower is increased.

Some people feel sick when they quit smoking. Is this normal and what can be done about it? Find out more in this article. There are some smokers who, when they try to quit, they feel sick or nauseous. This can be quite common when coming off an addiction but the good news is that something can be done about this.

Why Do People Get Sick?

When smokers give up using willpower methods then they will crave cigarettes afterwards. This craving can manifest itself in many different ways in different people. Most people will get a feel or irritability. Some people will get a headache. And other people may even feel like they need to throw up. This is all because they were addicted to cigarettes and now are refusing to smoke them. It’s the addiction’s way of getting them to smoke again – making life without cigarettes as unbearable as possible.

If you are feeling sick right now then do not start smoking cigarettes again. Don’t worry, the feeling will pass and it will not last long, certainly no longer than a day. Drink plenty of fluids and call in sick if necessary. So, how can we reduce the chances of sickness happening in the first place? Let’s look at the different quitting methods.

Using Willpower Alone

This is often called “quitting cold turkey”. It’s when a smoker just stops smoking, often they have planned a “quit date”. For most people, this is the most stressful way of quitting. To go from one day with cigarettes to the next day without them. Most smokers find that they need immense willpower to succeed this way. And because of the huge willpower and stresses then this is the method most likely to make you sick. It’s also the method least likely to give you success.

Cutting Down/Using Patches

Whether you cut down on cigarettes or on patches, the effect is the same – you are cutting down on nicotine before quitting cigarettes. If you do it this way, then there will still be a shock to your system but it will be much less than previously. So, you are less likely to be sick and even if you are, it will be for less time.

Hypnosis/Laser Treatment

Hypnosis, acupuncture and laser treatment are all similar methods. What they do is to almost make your cravings disappear. So when you quit, you are extremely unlikely to feel sick at all. The problem is that the cravings only disappear temporarily. So, they will come back after a few days or weeks. But you’ll still be extremely unlikely to feel sick.

Other Methods

There are some other methods that are used successfully by a minority of ex-smoker where you never get any cravings at all. This is the idea way because the quitting process is not stressful and you never get sick.

By now you’re probably aware that there are many health risks associated with smoking. The government requires a certain disclosure about these health risks, and most people have heard about these possible effects whether they smoke or not. However, if you look at all the possible risks that come with smoking, you may be surprised by what you would find. Heart disease is usually listed as one of the primary health risks for the long-term smoker.

Most people are aware of the risk of lung cancer and other pulmonary problems. After all, it is pretty obvious that if cigarette smoke is dangerous and that smoke is inhaled through the lungs, then the lungs are vulnerable to various diseases. But why does smoking increase the risk of heart disease?

Well, we can start by examining what heart disease really is. If we use the term cardiovascular disease, this includes the heart along with the body’s entire system of blood vessels. The major problem with smoking is that it harms blood vessels which can in turn the lead to a heart attack or stroke. The first culprit in cigarette smoke is carbon monoxide. This compound binds with hemoglobin, which is the molecule that carries oxygen in a red blood cell. This interferes with the transportation of oxygen, and less oxygen increases the chances of heart disease.

The second compound is, of course, well known to most smokers and nonsmokers alike. Nicotine decreases the amount of good cholesterol which thus allows fat to be deposited on the walls of an artery. When you combine the above affects with the lack of exercise on the part of many smokers, the risk of heart disease is greatly increased. This often happens because smoking itself causes fatigue and shortness of breath, which discourages the smoker from participating in exercise.

When it’s all said and done, a heavy smoker has a much higher risk of developing heart disease. The good news is that the situation begins to reverse itself immediately after you quit smoking. After 5 to 15 years, your odds of developing heart disease are about as high as someone who has never smoked. Get started today, and it could add many years to your life.

Cigarettes have thousands of chemicals in them. There are up to 600 and more flavorings and additives found in a single stick of a cigarette. But when the cigarette is smoked, it releases up to 4000 chemicals in our environment. No wonder they say that cigarette smoking is bad for your health. So the next time you smoke, ask yourself what is in a cigarette.

Nicotine is what is in the cigarette; it is the main ingredient of cigarettes. Our blood absorbs it and gives us a rush to the brain. Nicotine produces dopamine in the brain in ten seconds. Dopamine makes you happy and it is very addictive. This is the rush that people look for when they smoke a cigarette, which is why people go through withdrawal periods when trying to stop smoking.

Acetone is also found as an additive to the cigarette; yes, that is the stuff you use to remove your nail polish. Tar is inhaled into the lungs when a person is smoking. When a person smokes one pack or more a day, they are depositing about one to 1 ½ pounds of tar into their lungs yearly. Benzene is known to cause cancer. It is also used as a solvent in dyes and fuel. And this is all found in a cigarette.

What is in a cigarette that is also expelled by the car? Carbon monoxide is found in cigarettes and it prevents the oxygen being carried around the body. This is also the same chemical dispensed by cars.

And the list goes on and on; here are some more if you really want to know. Although the list is still incomplete, it would blow your mind to think that all this is what is in a cigarette:

Acacia gum, Acetic acid, Acetone, 6 Acetoxydihydrotheaspirane, 2 Acetyl pyrazine, 2 Acetyl pyridine, Alga resinoid, oleoresin and oil, Allura Red, Almond oil, Aluminium carbonate, Aluminium lactate, Aluminium phosphate, Aluminium trihydroxide, Amber oil, Ambrette seed oil, Ammonium acetate, +Amyl valerate, Angelica root extract, Anise and oil, para Anisyl alcohol, Arachis oil, Azorubin, Balsam oil, Beech tar extract, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl acetate, Bergamot oil, Bornyl acetate, Butyl acetate, Cadinene single, Calcium hydroxide, Camphene, d Camphor, Carbon dioxide, Carrot seed oil, Cascarilla oil, Cinnamyl acetate, Clove stem oil, Coriander extract, Cubeb oil, Cypress oil, Decanal, Diatomaceous earth, Diethyl sebacate, Ethyl formate, Eucalyptol, Eugenol, Formic acid, Gentian root extract, Geranium rose oil, Ginger oil, Glyceryl triacetate, Guar gum, Hexanoic acid, Hexyl alcohol, Humic acid, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Iron oxides, Isoamyl alcohol, Isobutyl phenethyl alcohol, Keto dihydroisophorone, Isopropyl alcohol, Labdanum absolute, Lauric acid, Lemongrass oil, Lime oil, Linaloe wood oil, Linalyl acetate, Mimosa absolute, Methyl cellulose, Molasses extract, Mullein flowers, Musk pod extract, Phenethyl alcohol, Pigment Red, Polyvinyl acetate homo-polymer, Potassium chloride, Propane, Propionic acid, Propyl phenyl acetate, Pyroligneous acid extract, Quebracho bark extract, Rhodinol, Rose water, Rosemary oil, Rum ether.

Have you ever wondered why surveys show that fewer and fewer people are smoking these days? Did you ever realize that your friends and family are constantly telling you to go outside whenever you want to light up? It’s because smoking is not the fad that it used to be. It’s bad for your health, bad for your social life, and not pleasant at all. If you want to save your life, your relationships, and your overall well being, it’s time for you to quit smoking once and for all.

Reason #1: Smoking is bad for your health.

Alright, so you’ve probably been told this over and over again by your friends and family who want you to quit smoking–so what’s the point in going over it again? Because apparently it needs to be pounded into your head. Smoking is the leading cause of numerous health issues, including a myriad of cancers and emphysema. Would you rather give up smoking or shave ten or twenty years from your life expectancy? It seems like a simple choice.

Reason #2: Smoking can wreck your relationships.

Plain and simple, most people don’t enjoy being around smokers. Think about restaurants, for example, if you want to smoke indoors, you are relegated to the back corner of the restaurant, far away from everyone else in a big room with a low hanging cloud of cigarette smoke. You’re treated like a second class citizen who is not allowed to eat with everyone else. Furthermore, people who don’t smoke do not enjoy being around those who do–hence the reason why you always have to go outside to get your fix at your own house or when visiting your friends and family.

Reason #3: Smoking looks so out of style.

Several decades ago, smoking was pretty cool. It looked hip, sexy to have a cigarette in your hand. It made you look older and more mature than you were. But those days are long gone, and the general consensus thinks of smokers as fat, balding, men and women with terrible skin who have all but given up on life. Does that sound cool to you?

Reason #4: Smoking is more expensive than quitting smoking.

To quit smoking via natural methods is much less expensive than keeping with your habit. As the price of cigarettes keeps going up and you find that you cannot get your nicotine fix without more and more cigarettes each day, it makes for one expensive hobby. Do you have any idea how much money you waste each and every year on cigarettes? Thousands. You could buy a lot of nifty items for your home, purchase a new car, or take your significant other out for a lengthy vacation with all of the money you save by not purchasing cigarettes.

Reason #5: It’s not as hard as you may think to stop smoking.

Chances are that you are well aware of everything that people have said about how hard it is to stop smoking. Those people are wimps. Sure, you may experience mild discomfort as you start to pull away from something as addictive as nicotine, but your body will greatly thank you in the long run. After a few weeks, or months in some cases, of natural anti-smoking treatment, you will completely forget that you ever smoked in the first place. Would you rather quit on your own motivation or wait until your brain hemorrhages so badly you simply can’t remember that you ever smoked in the first place?
